Chuck is the principal and owner of C.L. Davis & Company. He has over thirty five years of experience in Land Surveying.  Chuck obtained his license as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in August 1986, and started C.L. Davis & Company in 1987. For the past 35 years he has been preparing Boundary, Topographic and Utility Investigation Surveys on school sites. He has also been preparing Subdivision Plats, Abandonment and Dedications Surveys within the City of Houston.

Joined the C.L. Davis team in 1992.  He obtained his license as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in 2003. Michael has experience in all aspects of surveying, including producing detailed boundary, topographic and utility investigation surveys.  He has also completed numerous City of Houston Subdivision Plats, Abandonment and Dedication Surveys for Houston Independent School District. He is responsible for coordination between field and office personnel and overseeing final project.

Joined the C.L. Davis team in 2002.  He has over seventeen years experience as a surveying and engineering CAD Technician.  Chris has experience in all phases of land surveying including boundary, topographic, utility and route surveys.   He is responsible for obtaining utility information and coordinating CAD procedures. Chris has worked on approximately 50 school sites with C.L. Davis & Company.
