Davis & Company's only objective is performing land surveys, so we concentrate all our staff's efforts and talents on our clients surveying needs and demands. Since our inception in 1987, we have focused only on providing land surveying services, which include Boundary, Topographic, Utility Investigations, and Abandonment  Surveys Further, for the past twenty-five (25) years we have been successfully preparing Subdivision Plats (defined below) in accordance with the City of Houston Planning Requirements, and in 2013 we were certified to use PLATTRACKER, which is the new state-of-the-art City of Houston platting and mapping system.
